. How much do bouquets cost?
Minimum price is KD 15. You can select any bouquet and choose any price. We will arrange the same bouquet according to the price requested. The higher the price the more number of flowers we put in your ordered bouquet.

. Can I order a special arrangement of flowers or a special colour of roses?
Yes. Either fill your request in the comments box in the order form, or e-mail us.

. When is my order delivered?
We deliver within 24 hours of your order. However, on occasions & Eids we recommend you send your order in advance. Please note that there are no deliveries on Fridays.

. Do you reveal my payment details to recipient?
No. Your payment details are strictly passed to the bank only for your own credit card security.
Recipient(s) receive your name, address, message and bouquet.

. Do you monitor the messages I send?
No. Your message is printed on the greeting card that goes with the bouquet. You can select if you want us to translate your message into Arabic or English.

. Does the bank charge my credit card any commission?
No. The bank charges your credit card for the exact sum you selected. There are no extra or hidden fees.

. What areas do you cover for delivery?
We cover all areas in the State of Kuwait.

. How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is FREE of charge.

. What if I don't have the full address/phone number of my recipient?
We'll do our best to find the exact address with your help.

. What if the recipient rejects my gift?
Upon delivery, if the recipient rejects the gift or denies aquaintance with you we will not be able to refund your purchase.

. Do I get a receipt of payment from KuwaitFlower.com?
Once your payment is successfully processed by the bank, you will receive our reply by e-mail with confirmation and receipt number. You should save this confirmation as proof of your payment.

. How do I know that my order was delivered on time?
You will receive our delivery confirmation within 24 hours after delivery is made.
